1. Introduction

Welcome to Magno Jewels ("we," "our," "us"). By using our website (www.jewelsbymagno.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Business Information

Magno Jewels operates under 1001128041 Ontario, Inc., an Ontario Corporation based in Canada, with a primary focus on Canada and North America but serving customers worldwide.

3. Products and Services

Magno Jewels offers the following products and services:

• Stock jewelry
• Emerald and other precious stone selection consultations
• Made-to-order custom design jewelry
• Jewelry design consultations
• Made-to-stock items

4. Pricing & Payment

• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash.
• Prices are displayed without taxes and are subject to applicable local taxes.
• Transactions are processed in CAD and USD.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide.
• Magno Jewels covers shipping costs.
• Ownership transfers to the  customer upon delivery or signature as stipulated in the quote.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Inventory (Make-to-Stock) Jewelry: Customers may return inventory items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Make-to-Order & Custom Jewelry: Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are only eligible for return if the item is defective, does not match the agreed-upon specifications, or is undelivered. In such cases, Magno Jewels will cover return shipping and issue a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any product is damaged, defective, or not      as specified.
• Refunds are processed primarily to the original payment method. Case-by-case exceptions (such as store credit) may apply.

7. Order Fulfillment, Inventory Review & Limited Warranty

A. Inventory Review & Order Fulfillment

All orders placed through our website are subject to a 24-hour inventory review to confirm product availability

• While we strive to keep our inventory updated, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable      after an order has been placed, we will:
  • Notify the customer as soon as possible regarding the stock issue.
  • Offer alternatives, including:
    • Producing a similar product that aligns with the original specifications. This will be classified as a "custom-made" or "made-to-order" item, subject to        production timelines.
    • Exploring other resolutions, such as a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this inventory review process and the potential for minor variations in custom-made products.

B. Limited Warranty Summary

Magno Jewels offers a limited warranty on craftsmanship and select components of our jewelry. This includes:

 • A 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

 • A 1-year complimentary repair service for issues such as loose stones, broken clasps, or damaged links, provided the piece has not been misused.

 • Routine services such as cleaning, polishing, and resizing may be offered either free of charge for a limited period or at a reasonable cost.

 • This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

 • This limited warranty complements our broader warranties described in Section 8 below.

 • Customers are encouraged to contact customercare@jewelsbymagno.com for warranty claims, assessments, or service scheduling.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

A. Authenticity Guarantee

 • All gemstones, metals, and materials are 100% authentic, responsibly sourced, and certified.

 • Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity, particularly for emeralds and other precious stones.

B. Craftsmanship Quality Guarantee

 • We uphold strict quality control to ensure fine craftsmanship and durability.

 • Covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for 3 years, excluding damage from improper use.

Note: This overlaps with the Limited Warranty in Section 7B and is meant to reinforce those protections.

C. Repair & Maintenance Warranty

 • Complimentary repairs for 1 year for craftsmanship-related issues (e.g., loose stones, clasps, links).

 • Additional services (cleaning, polishing, resizing) may be provided free for a period or at a reasonable cost.

Note: See Section 7B for details on warranty limits and exclusions.

D. Lifetime Support

 • Ongoing customer support for product care, repairs, and maintenance.

E. Ethical Sourcing Commitment

 • We source gemstones and metals from ethical and conflict-free suppliers.

F. Custom Design Assurance

 • Custom pieces will match agreed-upon designs and specifications.

 • If deviations occur, we provide a clear process for revisions or adjustments.

G. Insurance Recommendations

 • We recommend customers insure high-value pieces.

 • We may collaborate with a jewelry insurance provider for convenience.

10. Customer Responsibilities & Liability

• Customers must provide accurate information to facilitate order fulfillment.
• Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance unless covered under a separate care agreement.
• Magno Jewels is not liable for damage due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear over time.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not store sensitive payment details—payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

12. Changes to Terms

Magno Jewels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
