• A 1-year complimentary repair service for issues such as loose stones, broken clasps, or damaged links, provided the piece has not been misused.
• Routine services such as cleaning, polishing, and resizing may be offered either free of charge for a limited period or at a reasonable cost.
• This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
• This limited warranty complements our broader warranties described in Section 8 below.

A. Authenticity Guarantee
• All gemstones, metals, and materials are 100% authentic, responsibly sourced, and certified.
• Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity, particularly for emeralds and other precious stones.
B. Craftsmanship Quality Guarantee
• We uphold strict quality control to ensure fine craftsmanship and durability.
• Covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for 3 years, excluding damage from improper use.

C. Repair & Maintenance Warranty
