Returns & Refunds Policy
At Magno Jewels, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.
Returns
• Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Custom-made or personalized items are only eligible for return if they are defective or do not match the agreed-upon specifications.
• If an item arrives damaged or not as described, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@jewelsbymagno.com.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. In special cases, alternative arrangements (such as store credit or another payment method) may be considered upon request.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are covered by Magno Jewels for all eligible returns.
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided where applicable.
Exceptions & Ineligibility
• Items that show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return.
• Returns for custom-made or personalized products are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect as per the original order.
