Magno Jewels is headquartered in Ontario, Canada, with a global reach. We collaborate with skilled artisans and gemstone experts in Colombia to bring you premium, handcrafted jewelry—especially Colombian emeralds.


Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders include tracking and insurance.


  Our return policy depends on the type of item:

  • Inventory (Make-to-Stock) Jewelry: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Make-to-Order & Custom Jewelry: Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, not as specified, or undelivered. If your return meets these criteria, Magno Jewels will cover return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or refund.


 Custom and made-to-order pieces-including engraved or specially designed items-are non-refundable unless they are defective, do not match the agreed-upon specifications, or were not delivered. If your custom piece meets these exceptions, please contact us to arrange a return, and we will cover the return shipping.


Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.


Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method.


Yes! We offer resizing and repair services for eligible items. Please contact us for an assessment. Fees may apply depending on the request.


We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing options through Klarna or other financing services (where available).


Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are insured and trackable.


 Yes. You can add gift wrapping and a personalized message at checkout or during select seasonal promotions.


Yes. We work directly with trusted partners in Colombia to ensure our emeralds and other gemstones are responsibly and ethically sourced.


 Custom orders generally take 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery timelines vary depending on complexity, geography, and seasonality (e.g., holidays). We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.


 Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t entered production or shipping. Custom orders are final once confirmed.


 Our Terms & Conditions outline customer rights, purchase terms, returns, intellectual property, and legal disclaimers. A full version is available at the footer of our website


 Yes. We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps or loose settings. The warranty excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Contact us to file a claim with proof of purchase and photos.


 Absolutely! We offer virtual consultations to help you choose or co-create your perfect piece. Contact us through our site to book a session.


 Yes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.


 Yes. Upon request, we provide gemstone authenticity certificates from reputable gemological labs, especially for high-value emeralds and other precious stones.


 Yes. All shipments are insured. If you’d like additional insurance for a high-value custom order during production, please contact us directly.


 We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth and storing it in a cool, dry place, ideally in the box provided. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, lotions, or prolonged moisture.


 Yes. If you’re a retailer or boutique interested in carrying our jewelry, please contact us for wholesale opportunities and partnership inquiries.


 We use high-quality materials including 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, and natural gemstones. Detailed descriptions are available on each product page.


 We are currently an online-only boutique. However, we count with a location where we operate and occasionally host pop-ups and private showings in other places. Join our mailing list to stay updated.
