Our return policy depends on the type of item: Inventory (Make-to-Stock) Jewelry: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Make-to-Order & Custom Jewelry: Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications, or undelivered. If your return meets these criteria, Magno Jewels will cover return shipping and offer a repair or a replacement.

Custom and made-to-order pieces—including engraved or specially designed items—are non-refundable unless they are defective, do not match the agreed-upon specifications, or were not delivered. If your custom piece meets these exceptions, please contact us to arrange a return, and we will cover the return shipping.
