Returns & Refunds Policy
At Magno Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear returns and refunds process, with distinct terms for custom (make-to-order) and inventory (make-to-stock) jewelry.
Make-to-Order & Custom Jewelry
All make-to-order and custom-designed pieces are created specifically for you.
- Returns are only accepted if the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications, or is undelivered.
- If eligible, Magno Jewels will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return for reasons other than those listed above.
Inventory (Make-to-Stock) Jewelry
- Inventory items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs for inventory items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications, or is undelivered.
- A return shipping label will be provided, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
General Return Guidelines
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return.
- If an item arrives damaged or not as described, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at customercare@jewelsbymagno.com.
Return Process
- Contact us at customercare@jewelsbymagno.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Alternative arrangements (such as store credit) may be considered upon request.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
